What is Client Onboarding Automation?
It is the automatic process you have set-up to take your leads (new enquiries) or your new clients (new bookings) through when they come on board as part of your products and/or services.
So, when you sit back and think about your client on-boarding process, what do you need to take into account?
There are some things that you need to consider an take into account as part of your strategy before you can put the steps into play. Processes that you would be looking to automate will need you to think about:
- Which processes are you creating from scratch every. single. time and are perhaps even making errors because you haven’t filled out the details properly or are unable to concentrate fully – wasting time in the process?
- Are you having to take the time to manually create a sign-up contract every. single. time?
- Are you needing to manually raise an invoice and send it to them once signed up, requiring waiting all the time for each step to be signed off by the new client before you are able to action the next step?
