Let’s be honest though, scaling a fast-growth service-based spiritual business can be challenging as you expand your visibility and revenue base but once you hit one ceiling and plateau, it’s time to take it up a notch!

You may already know that it can be a sticking point when growing your business from its infancy as a sole spiritual business operator to a small spiritual business with one or two team members.

Timing may be a big factor, as you want to make sure you have enough consistent income for you to scale at the right time – but timing isn’t always going to be right and often the leap just needs to be done.

If your goals and desires are to save time, make more money and reach more people with your spiritual services then here are 4 organic ways that can help support your ability to do just that.

Productised Packages

As a precursor to Raise Your Prices, bundle up your services into packages and apply pricing that will align with the outcome of the service.

For instance, if you want to teach others how to enter the world of tarot reading – create a package based on your skills and what you can teach them. Calculate how long it takes to create, promote and teach – before, during and after your product is live.

Pricing is important so that you are not undercharging but also not overcharging your clients.

If you bundle the teachings with worksheets, cheatsheets or others into a service, because it is a valuable and in-demand service, then you could price according to “well my expertise and service require me to not only create and teach but help others learn a new skill, career and make money – it is a real asset to them and their own potential spiritual business“.

This means you could most probably easily charge a decent price to be seen as a leader in your field.

Another packaging service would be, for example, offering a reading that combines not only the tarot cards but perhaps astrology and psychic intuition, maybe even numerology. This will raise your reading and intuitive ability, and provide a more clear and more accurate reading. It may also take more time too, either in your reading or in the preparation.

Raise Your Prices

I’m not necessarily talking about hourly rates, but your package rates, i.e. your package prices.

If your business model is to charge by the hour, then you are not going to have the ability to scale.

In fact, you will be limiting your ability as you’re trading time for money. Ideally, you’ll need to package your services and promote them as such, as others pay for expertise and clarity.

And also being in the field that you are in, you know the relief and feeling of counselling that it brings to your clients. That is definitely worth taking into account!

Alternative Delivery

Does your business model have the ability to service one-to-many, not just 1-1?

You know that just like charging an hourly rate, servicing 1-1 clients also has its limitations and may not be the most effective when it comes to the ability to scale.

Consider if there are ways that you can provide a 1-Many service, allowing you to reach more people and increase sales. 

Think of ways you may be able to do this, for example, masterminds, workshops, VIP days, group sessions, memberships etc.

Hire Contractors > Build a Team

Scaling doesn’t happen if you don’t hire the right people to be a part of your spiritual team, be it purely contractors or a mix of employees and contractors.

Either way, for the effective ability to save time, make more money and scale – the ability to delegate and/or outsource to others to help you meet your business goals is essential.

Here are some ways you can contract out work so you’re not doing it all: Bookkeeping, Graphic Design, Website design or maintenance, Social Media Marketing, Video Editing, Virtual Assistance, Coaching, etc.

You may not need all the above and may be able to have several aspects taken up by the one person but at the end of the day – as a fast-growth spiritual business owner who is trying to save time, you cannot do it all!
